Have you taken advantage of the health you’ve been given today?

What an amazingly powerful picture!  Awe inspiring to say the least!

A friend posted this picture and the title on her Facebook page.  The amount of feedback and people commenting on the picture have been astounding.  But do we take a minute to consider the amount of work these two put into overcoming their challenges?  Their dedication and commitment to getting to this point is beyond admirable.  It reminds me of the young bride, determined to walk down the aisle on her wedding day.  Read that story here:  http://www.newbeginningpt.com/2011/04/30/the-importance-of-goals-to-walk-down-the-aisle/

If you have personal challenges and need help overcoming them,  consider a movement analysis by a qualified physical therapist.  It doesn’t have to be an amputation as the picture above shows, but trouble getting up from a chair, not hitting your golf ball as far as normal, etc.   At New Beginning Physical Therapy, we come to your home.  We do a comprehensive assessment to determine what your needs are and help you set goals and  a plan to reach them.  Working in your home to do your therapy makes sense – let us come to where you normally work out or where you have problems.   Serving the Coachella Valley.  Call us today!
